Tasting TBL is currently being held at various venues in its Collaborative Dinner Series.
Tasting TBL menus are ever-changing and crafted to highlight seasonality, and to the chefs' culinary creativity—boundary pushing gastronomy meets incredible flavor.
The menu is crafted to highlight seasonality and is driven by the ingredients. It is ever-changing and develops throughout the year.
The Friday Dinner is a 5 course $100 menu and the Beverage Pairing is $35. The Saturday Dinner is a 10 course $135 menu and the Beverage Pairing is $55 (Please Note: The Chef’s Table is $150 per person on Saturdays).
The Pairing is available in alcoholic or non-alcoholic variations. When making your reservation please specify which pairing you would like, and please indicate any dietary restrictions. While we do our best to accommodate everyone, in some instances we will not be able to make adjustments.
Please note we do have a strict cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours will be charged the full price of dinner.
Reservations are now available for April 2023. As the Lynes open their new French restaurant in Birmingham, Frenchie, their supper club will wind down for a while. Yet supper club members will not be forgotten. They will be “on the list” for future private dining events held on the space next door to Frenchie.
